I went a exhibition private view that presented by Ben Westwood who is sun of Vivian Westwood.

But I totally cant understand what he want to do. was just celebrity meeting w/ champagne in Exhibition.

久しぶりに残念なエキシビジョンに行ってきました。

Vivianの息子、BenのエキシビジョンのオープニングパーティーがBrick LaneのBodhi Galleryで行なわれたのですが、

ただセレブがシャンパン片手に集まってる感じで、肝心の写真もイマイチでした。

I went to Stylorouge’s office yesterday.

They did many design for music industry, film and identity.

Famous work as Trainspotting, Blur, Morrissey, Enya, Kula Shaker, David Bowie and more more..

彼らは映画Trainspottingのアートディレクションから、Blur,Morrissey, David Bowieなどのアルバムワークを多く手掛けた事で有名で、音楽が好きで彼らのワークを見た事が無い人はいないと思います。

マジでカッコいいです！！！

We have done!!! 2000 people turn up for Street Fest on Sunday.

Fortunately, we had fantastic wether, nice crowd, wicked staff, that’s all amazing!!!

I didn’t have any opptunity to take some photos, cos it was too busy for networking DJing, and running around. But we had many photographer and Videos, we will update some photo and video on Street Fest website.      

Next Street Fest is coming in September!!!

Street FestのVideoがひとつ上がってきました。

日曜日は、最高の天気に恵まれてStreet Festには２０００人以上の来客を記録し、大成功に終わりました。

当日は忙しすぎて写真を撮る暇がまったくなかったのですが、 
フォトグラファーがいっぱい来てくれていたので、Street FestのWebやblogでもUPする予定です。 

いや〜、やっと肩の荷が下りた気分です。 

今回のイベントには全費用を合わせて２５K (400万円くらい？)を投資していたので、 
コケたら「荷物まとめて日本に帰る」くらいの恐怖感やプレッシャーと戦いながらの毎日でしたが、その分やり遂げた充実感もたっぷりです。 

イベントが終わった後も、ReopenしたTbarでRicard VillarobosとM A N D Yがやってると聞いて様子を見に行ってから、54で行なわれたStreet FestのアフターパーティーまでJim Riversとトモキを見に行ったりと、終わった後も力尽きるまで遊んでベロベロのフラフラで半分寝ながら帰ってきました。 

今日も撤収作業で一日中会場に行ったりと、 
そりゃハゲるわって思うくらい不健康極まりない生活をしとります。

BANK HOLIDAYである今週の日曜日には、イーストロンドンで「Street Fest」が 
Adidasの協賛によって開催されます！！！！！！！ 


会場はOLD STREETから徒歩５分の駐車場１階の２０００人規模のウェアハウス。 
コンテンツはDJ、VJ、Live Band、Live Art、ファションショー、グラフィティーバトル、スケーボー・ピストバイク・インラインスケートのハーフパイプを使ったデモンストレーション、さらには写真やアートワークのエキシビジョンから映画上映まで。 
さらに、BBQ、日本食、たこ焼きの屋台やBarも出店します。 


入場料は昼間から夜中まで一日遊んで５ポンドです！ 
チケットはTicketwebで好評発売中です、当日でもチケットの購入は可能です。 
暖かくなったきたロンドン、今週末の見逃せないイベントになりそうです。

Building a modern day community of collective creativity StreetFest is a new breed of festival where the onus is on promoting and merging creative talents. 
StreetFest is taking it back to the ‘old skool’, by blending the spirit and soul of those nostalgic rocking block parties, with creative flair and modern trends. StreetFest actively involves visitors in the day’s events by creating an interactive experience! 
StreetFest will be tenhours of innovative showcases – featuring music, live art, films, hair and fashion shows plus fixed gear biking, rollerblade and skateboard demonstrations, all from some of the UK’s top collectives, this is not an event to miss. 

Key participants in StreetFest include Lovenskate spreading the word of skateboard culture, Kingdom offering a British perspective on rollerblading eccentricity and Fixed Gear London showcasing bicycle culture. The art focus comes from Secret Wars delivering timed live art battles and a collection of fine and street artists including Sichi, Andy Seize, Hicks, and Drunkpark, will be painting live throughout the day. Holic and RHIL are the powerhouse promoters behind the music programming during the day. Film content comes in the form of three innovative collectives – Stomper and Hekate Films with additional skate and biking films being shown. 
Stalls promoting international food, emerging clothing brands, books, prints, art toys and collectables will also be participating on the day. 
Each space will have its own identity and feel, so be prepared to enter the quirky and wonderful world that is StreetFest.

Jeff Sotoのエキシビジョンに行ってきました。

久しぶりにワークを見たんですが、相変わらず色の使い方と線の描き方が好きです。 

THE BEATLES

Liverpoolは小さい頃から好きだったTHE BEATLESの生まれ故郷です。

実は過去に３回くらい行ってるのですが、今回も初心にもどりTHE BEATLESの名所巡りをしてきました。

The Matthew Street, Original The Beatles Shop, Cavern, The Beatles Story などなど。

LiverpoolまでSouthport Weekender初参戦すべく行ってきました。

今回はRichioの友人で４４回の全てのSouthport WeekenderでDJをしてるSimonのカメラマンとして付いて行ってきました。

Livepoolの中央駅からローカル電車に乗って３０分、そこから徒歩で１０分、会場に到着。

今回もBLOCと同様、宿泊施設付きのフェスティバルだったので荷物を宿に置いてから、会場を散策。

会場の規模、設備、そして宿泊施設などは全てが古くてショボイ。。

最高に快適だったBLOCとは天と地の差。

人がいない会場を歩いてる時は、「このイベント大丈夫か？」って思いましたが、

イベントが始まれば、さすが老舗イベントだけあって、フレンドリーなお客さんでフロアは大盛り上がり。

一日目の夜からかなり盛り上がってました。

何回も来てるリピーターが多いみたいで、パーティーピーポーばっかり。

しかも驚いたのが日本人を始め、アジア人をまったく会場で見なかったこと。

去年はスタアパの森田さんとか出演してたんですが、以外にみんな行ってないんですかね？

日本人ではないですが、二日目にはDannyのステージの前で踊り狂ってるおもしろいイギリス人を発見しました！！！！

ノースイングランドの人が多く事参加しているこのイベントのお客さんは親切でフレンドリーな人が多かったです。

日本人が珍しいみたいで、いろんな人が丁寧な英語で話かけてきてくれて、ロンドンではあんまりない感じなんで新鮮でした。

不安なままスタートしましたが、始まれば楽しい事ばかりで３日間はアッという間。

土曜日に半日リバプール市内の観光に行って、ビートルズ所縁の地をまわったりして充実した週末を過ごせました。
